Oracle Functional Update Prerequisite for Security Patches

SUMMARY

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on the following days
  • 1. January 24, 2026 between 17:30 – 20:30 UTC.
  • 2. January 25, 2026 between 17:00 – 20:30 UTC.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders,along with the following services being impacted.

  • Oracle EBS Production
  • Oracle Agile Production
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Webshop access to EBS
  • Oracle Isupplier and other related services that render data from EBS will be unavailable.

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Authentication Service on February 9th, 2026 between 18:00-19:00 UTC

  • During this scheduled maintenance, access to the New HID Origo Portal may be briefly interrupted.

    • HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues logging in to the portal

    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors

    • HID Reader Manager Mobile App: Users will experience issues logging in to the Reader Manager app

    • HID Origo Identity Positioning API: Users will experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
