Shutdown of HID Origo Mobile Identities API version 2.0, scheduled 2 years ago

HID is postponing the retirement of Origo Mobile Identities API version 2.0, from 17 December 2023 to 29 February 2024, to assist customers facing challenges meeting the original deadline here. HID would like to thank all our API customers for the efforts made to assist us in retiring our older API version.

Unknown Error when inspecting readers using Reader Manager application

Update 15:59 The services are back to normal operations.

SUMMARY HID has received reports from several sources of HID Reader Manager experiencing issues when connecting to or inspecting readers. The HID Origo Team is currently investigating the issue.

IMPACT Reader Manager (Android and iOS).
