SUMMARY

  • 📍A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on 📅February 22, 2026 between ⏳02:00–08:00 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.
    • ⚠️Oracle EBS Production
    • ⚠️Oracle Agile Production
    • ⚠️Oracle Analytics Cloud
    • ⚠️Webshop access to EBS
    • ⚠️Oracle Isupplier and other related services that render data from EBS will be unavailable.

Urgent: Perform required, major upgrade for Reader Manager App by January 25, 2024, scheduled 2 years ago

Summary

  • A new version of Reader Manager (1.18) will be required in order to continue operation as of January 25, 2024

Impact

-Older versions of Reader Manager prior to 1.18 will cease to operate -Enhancements include improved security of the application and reader configuration

  • The app will disable the configuration card used during inspection, identify legacy technologies currently enabled on the SE reader, and offer the opportunity to disable legacy technologies
  • Once a legacy technology is disabled, you will have to contact HID to re-enable it
