🛠️A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on 📅June 28th between ⏳19:30-20:30 CST/11:30-12:30 UTC.

IMPACT
During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.
⚠️HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience issues redeeming passes or receiving Mobile IDs.
✅Manage HID Signo™ readers and HID OMNIKEY SE® Reader Core modules from a single mobile app
✅Use Reader Technician credentials to login to app
✅Redeem authorized ICE and MOB key access code within the app
✅Save configuration as Virtual Configuration Cards to be applied to compatible readers via BLE and NFC
✅Upgrade HID Signo readers from R10.0.7.5 and above to the latest firmware version.
✅Upgrade HID OMNIKEY SE Reader Core modules (including Amico readers) from version FW26.A and above.
✅Experience faster reader updates with a highly visual user experience
Availability
👉The HID Linq Mobile Android App Version 1.0.0 is planned for production release on June 25, 2026 and will be available through the Google Play Store.
HID Reader Manager App Deprecation Notice
📍Please be advised that older versions of the HID Reader Manager mobile application will be deprecated in phases:

1.32.0 and earlier will be deprecated effective July 9, 2026

📌This deprecation is part of HID’s ongoing application maintenance strategy to ensure continued delivery of secure, reliable, and up-to-date functionality.
📌Customers who install a supported version of the HID Reader Manager app will continue to be able to upgrade HID Signo and HID iCLASS/multiCLASS readers without interruption.

🛠️HID continues to release regular service pack firmware updates for the Signo Reader platform, introducing new features, enhancements, and ongoing improvements. The HID Reader Manager application provides a straightforward way to update readers to the latest available firmware.
To help customers take advantage of these enhancements and keep their systems aligned with the latest capabilities, we recommend upgrading HID Signo readers to firmware version R10.0.11.5 using:
HID Reader Manager v1.32.2 (Outside of China)
Tencent Store v1.32.3 (China Region)
within the next 30 days.
