🛠️IT Planned Maintenance Notification – Oracle Critical Security Updates in Production

SUMMARY

  • 📍A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on 📅March 22, 2026 between ⏳02:00–06:00 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.
    • ⚠️Oracle EBS Production
    • ⚠️Oracle Agile Production
    • ⚠️Oracle Analytics Cloud
    • ⚠️Webshop access to EBS
    • ⚠️Oracle Isupplier, ODI, OMS,WOS,MCS, SB and other related services that render data from EBS will be unavailable.

Intermittent BLE Connectivity Issues Affecting HID Mobile Access App & HID Origo SDK

📍 Notice from HID

  • HID is aware that some users may experience intermittent BLE communication issues affecting foreground and/or background operation of the HID Mobile Access app and the HID Origo SDK on certain mobile operating system versions.

📍 Current Status

  • HID has been actively investigating the behavior and working closely with the appropriate parties to identify and address the underlying cause. A fix is expected to be available in an upcoming software update.
  • In the meantime, HID continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Infrastructure Maintenance Production - HID Identity Positioning, scheduled 8 months ago

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on June 28th, between 03:30-07:30 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, any services relying on Identity Positioning APIs will not be able to function during this period and along with the following service being impacted.

    • Provisioning and Credential Actions
      • Any provisioning or credential actions initiated during the downtime will not work as expected.

Summary

HID Reader Manager Portal and Reader Manager Service are currently working fine. However the health check URL is currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved. Please ignore the outage message and continue to use the service.
