    • ⚠️Contract Processing – New, add-on, and renewal contracts will be affected during processing
    • ⚠️Organization Onboarding – Organization creation and edits may experience issues
    • ⚠️Replenishment – Orders may be stalled, causing delays in fulfilment

IMPACT

  • During the disruption window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services for China.

    • HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays with Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. This will impact onboarding, user management, and the processing of new contracts.
    • HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
    • HID Reader Manager App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
    • There will be delay in processing the order and contracts for Mobile Identities.
