📍A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on 📅April 26 between ⏳02:00–06:00 UTC.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services:
⚠️Order Processing – New orders placed will be delayed in fulfilment
⚠️Key Management (Mob/Elite Key) – Adding or removing keys may be impacted
⚠️Contract Processing – New, add-on, and renewal contracts will be affected during processing
⚠️Organization Onboarding – Organization creation and edits may experience issues
⚠️Replenishment – Orders may be stalled, causing delays in fulfilment
The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

HID Origo Services are currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
