We will be rolling out updates to the Pre-Production (Preprod) environment on April 1, 2026.
π What to Expect
This deployment is part of ongoing platform enhancement efforts.
Changes introduced are intended for testing and validation purposes only.
The Preprod experience during this period may differ from the final production release.
β οΈ Impact
Pass Design APIs and Wallet Provisioning services may experience minor disruptions during the deployment window.
Production environments will remain unaffected.
π Recommendation
Customers and partners using the Preprod environment are advised to:
Plan validation activities accordingly
Monitor for any issues post-deployment
Report any anomalies observed after the update
Intermittent BLE Connectivity Issues Affecting HID Mobile Access App & HID Origo SDK

To ensure optimal performance and implement bug fixes, please update your apps and devices to the latest available updates.
π Notice from HID
HID is aware that some users may experience intermittent BLE communication issues affecting foreground and/or background operation of the HID Mobile Access app and the HID Origo SDK on certain mobile operating system versions.
π Current Status
HID has been actively investigating the behavior and working closely with the appropriate parties to identify and address the underlying cause. A fix is expected to be available in an upcoming software update.
In the meantime, HID continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

IT Planned Maintenance Notification - New HID Origo Management Portal, scheduled 4 months ago
SUMMARY
A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo Management Portal - New on November 8th 2025, between 03:30 - 05:00 UTC.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.
HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
HID Origo Mobile Identities API (Google Wallet Only): Issuance token may not be redeemable in HID Mobile APP or via Web Push provisioning.
Pass Design APIs: These APIs will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
User Management and Credential Management APIs: All operations will function as expected.
Infrastructure Maintenance - Production, scheduled 4 months ago
SUMMARY
A maintenance event is planned for HID RM portal on Nov 6th, between 11:00 - 11:45 UTC.
IMPACT
RM Portal will have minor disruptions and users are advised not to issue Invitation code or perform key authorization.

HID Reader Manager Portal – Encountering issues with invitation code generation and key authorization.

The services are back to normal operations.
SUMMARY
HID Reader Manager is currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
IMPACT
Invitation code issuance and key authorization are unavailable to newly added technicians in the RM app.
