🛠️IT Planned Maintenance Notification – Oracle EBS Production
SUMMARY
📍A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on 📅February 8, 2026 between ⏳02:00–08:00 UTC.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.

Infrastructure Maintenance - Pre-Production for the HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs supporting Apple Wallet and Google Wallet customers

A maintenance event is planned for the HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs supporting Apple Wallet and Google Wallet customers in Pre-Production.

IMPACT
During this update, there may be brief, intermittent unavailability of the ** HID Origo Mobile Identities APIs** for ** Apple Wallet** and ** Google Wallet** customers.
As a result, wallet-related provisioning and lifecycle operations may be temporarily unavailable, including (but not limited to):
Issuance token redemption
Tokens may not redeem via the HID Mobile Access App or Web Push provisioning
Wallet provisioning
In-app and Web Push provisioning for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Credential lifecycle actions
Already-provisioned credentials are not expected to be impacted.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
Intermittent failures may occur, and retry attempts may succeed as services are gradually restored during the maintenance window.
RECOVERY
All services will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.

🛠️Disaster Recovery Maintenance – Production
SUMMARY
📍 A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on 📅February 14th,2026 between ⏳04:30-08:30 UTC.

During this maintenance window, customers will experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.
⚠️HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
⚠️HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs
HID Origo Platform – Authentication Issues in US Region

The services is operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
SUMMARY
HID Origo Services are currently experiencing intermittent disruptions. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates until the matter is fully resolved.
IMPACT
HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
HID Reader Manager Mobile App: Users may experience issues logging in to the Reader Manager app
HID Origo Identity Positioning API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
Linq Cloud is currently experiencing a certificate registration. We’re actively working with the certificate issuer to resolve it as quickly as possible.
IMPACT
At this time, new gateway installations and onboarding cannot be completed.
