  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Oracle EBS Production on November 18th, 2025, between 04:30 - 06:30 UTC. During this period, the HID Origo Portal and HID Origo Mobile Identities API may experience a partial outage, while all other services remain operational.

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in the following services.

  • Order Processing – New orders placed will be delayed with fulfilment
  • Key Management (Mob/Elite Key) – Adding the new /remove the key
  • Contract Processing – New / Add-on/Renewal contract will have impact on processing
  • Organization Onboarding – Org creation and edit may have issues
  • Replenishment - Replenishment orders may be stalled and there will be delay in fulfilment
  • Org Account Setup – An administrator attempting to log in for the first time to a newly created organization without any key association will not be able to log in
