Intermittent BLE Connectivity Issues Affecting HID Mobile Access App & HID Origo SDK

  • To ensure optimal performance and implement bug fixes, please update your apps and devices to the latest available updates.

📍 Notice from HID

  • HID is aware that some users may experience intermittent BLE communication issues affecting foreground and/or background operation of the HID Mobile Access app and the HID Origo SDK on certain mobile operating system versions.

📍 Current Status

  • HID has been actively investigating the behavior and working closely with the appropriate parties to identify and address the underlying cause. A fix is expected to be available in an upcoming software update.
  • In the meantime, HID continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Infrastructure Maintenance - Production

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on April 26th,2026 between 03:30–05:30 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, following services may experience brief periods of disruption, such as:
    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API (Google Wallet Only): Card Bundle creation or Credential Issuance for Google Wallet will not work.

🔧 Infrastructure Maintenance – Esker orders are not flowing to Oracle. Users will still be able to create orders in Esker, but there will be a delay in the orders integrating to oracle., scheduled 1 month ago

SUMMARY

  • Oracle EBS is currently down, which is impacting multiple dependent functionalities in Origo. As a result, the following operations are affected on 📅February 23, 2026 between ⏳08:00–ongoing UTC.

IMPACT

• Order processing is unavailable, leading to delays in order execution and fulfilment. • Replenishment orders are impacted . • Organization onboarding and edit organization activities are currently not functioning due to system unavailability. • Adding keys to existing organizations is also impacted
