Implementation of our new HID Origo Service Status Page

We are excited to announce the implementation of our new HID Origo Service Status Page on 24 September, 2026
The new status page will provide enhanced transparency and real-time visibility into the health and availability of our services, enabling stakeholders to stay informed about service health, incidents, and maintenance activities.

RSS Feed

The current RSS feed will continue to be used with the new HID Origo Status Page, ensuring uninterrupted access to status notifications. Should there be any future changes to the RSS feed URL, we will communicate them with necessary guidance.

Availability Notice

To support the launch of our enhanced Status Page on 24 September, 2026, there may be brief periods when the Status Page is temporarily unavailable. We expect any impact to be minimal and will be actively monitoring the activity throughout the day.
Following the launch, users will benefit from improved service visibility, incident communications, and maintenance notifications through the new Status Page.

🔧 Infrastructure Maintenance – Esker orders are not flowing to Oracle. Users will still be able to create orders in Esker, but there will be a delay in the orders integrating to oracle., scheduled 7 months ago

SUMMARY

Oracle EBS is currently down, which is impacting multiple dependent functionalities in Origo. As a result, the following operations are affected on 📅February 23, 2026 between ⏳08:00–ongoing UTC.

IMPACT

• Order processing is unavailable, leading to delays in order execution and fulfilment. • Replenishment orders are impacted . • Organization onboarding and edit organization activities are currently not functioning due to system unavailability. • Adding keys to existing organizations is also impacted
