π OSDP Firmware File Generation for Elite Customers
Elite customers can generate an OSDP firmware file using a specified ICE key.
The generated file can be applied to HID Signo readers through partner access-control software and controllers.
Readers must be running firmware version 10.0.11.5 or later.
π Controller Connectivity Improvements
Provides Linq Cloud solution for controller connectivity issues associated with controller firmware version 2.12.

Enables administrators to delegate portal management responsibilities to designated users within their organization.
Enhances operational flexibility while maintaining appropriate access controls and governance.
π Origo Portal Assistant
Introduces the Origo Portal Assistant, designed to help users quickly discover portal capabilities and navigate key workflows.
Improves feature discoverability and enhances the overall user experience through guided assistance.
π Reader Manager Portal Access Enabled by Default
Reader Manager Portal access will now be enabled by default for all Card Service customers.
Simplifies onboarding and reduces administrative effort when accessing reader management capabilities.

To ensure optimal performance and implement bug fixes, please update your apps and devices to the latest available updates.
π Notice from HID
HID is aware that some users may experience intermittent BLE communication issues affecting foreground and/or background operation of the HID Mobile Access app and the HID Origo SDK on certain mobile operating system versions.
π Current Status
HID has been actively investigating the behavior and working closely with the appropriate parties to identify and address the underlying cause. A fix is expected to be available in an upcoming software update.
In the meantime, HID continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
