  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on March 9th ,2025 between 7:30 am to 10:30 am UTC.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.

  • Oracle EBS Production
  • Oracle Agile Production
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Validation of OS patch applied by KSplice
  • Reboot EBS Database and Application Server
  • Check whether OCI Infrastructure issue is fixed. Validate from OCI console.
