- A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on September 13th between 11:00 – 13:00 UTC.

IMPACT
- Please be informed that the Origo Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance during this period. As a result, certain services will be temporarily unavailable or may experience limited functionality. The impacted services include:
- Pass issuance – Users may not be able to generate or activate new passes during the maintenance window.
- Issuance code redemption – Redemption of issuance codes may be restricted or delayed until the maintenance is complete
