Invitation Code Redemption Failing for All Android Users in China

We have monitored the system over the past 24 hours, and no issues have been reported after the hotfix release. The customer has confirmed that the issue is resolved.

The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

SUMMARY

  • The HID Origo Management Portal and HID Mobile Access App are currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

  • HID Mobile Access App: Android users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
