Maintenance event on Order Management System affecting HID Origo Management Portal, scheduled 5 months ago

Summary

HID's order management system will undergo a scheduled maintenance event on November 19, between 06:00 - 12:00 UTC.

Impact

During the maintenance window, the following services will be impacted:

  • HID Origo Management Portal - Onboarding new accounts will be unavailable.
  • (MOB)Key management changes
  • Order processing will be paused.
