Scheduled maintenance of HID Origo Management Portal which will operate at reduced functionality., scheduled 10 months ago

Summary HID Origo is planning to deploy two services for business purposes in production on January 21, between 07:00 - 08:00 UTC.

Impact During this maintenance window, multiple services may experience brief periods of disruption, such as:

  • HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet users not affected.
  • HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
  • HID Reader Manager App: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
