Impact

During this maintenance window, multiple services may experience brief periods of disruption, such as:

  • HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet and Origo Identity Positioning users are affected in User Management & Pass ID Management.
  • HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience delay in redeeming Invitation Codes or delay in receiving Mobile IDs.
