HID Origo Device Management (ODM) routing path infrastructure maintenance in production

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on July 26 between 03:30-06:30 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services.
  • Reader Manager, Linq Cloud, Linq On-Prem and other products that rely on HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services will be affected.
  • No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

Infrastructure Maintenance - HID Origo Mobile Identities – Event Callbacks Version Upgrade

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on August 9 between 05:00–11:00 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, Mobile app users and Wallet customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing event callbacks.

Mobile ID and Invitation Code Management

UPDATE - 7 June 10:40 UTC The services are back to normal operations.

SUMMARY

The HID Origo Management Portal and HID Origo Mobile Identities API are currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

Administrators may experience delays in Mobile ID or Invitation Code management operations.

Mobile App users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs and the user will have to terminate the end point and start with new Invitation code and eventually get the credentials.
