We are facing issue with the disappearance of Mobile IDs in HID Mobile Access App

We continue to investigate reports of Mobile IDs within the iOS version of the HID Mobile Access App version 4.5.0 do not appear to deliver or the Mobile ID is not visible. When this occurs, the Mobile ID has been delivered to device but is not visible. To mitigate the issue the Origo Portal Admin will need to logout and login to the portal to force a sync between the Origo Portal and backend services. After the Admin has completed the logout/login, the end user will need to either close and relaunch the HID Mobile Application OR within the app swipe down to force a sync with the HID Servers. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing you or your end users. We appreciate your business and thank you for your patience as we work to remedy the situation. We will continue to update as we work to resolve the issue.

We are investigating reports of Mobile IDs disappearing from the iOS version of the HID Mobile Access App 4.5.0. If this happens, the Mobile ID may not appear in the app, but it might still work with card readers. Please be aware that, even if you can't see your Mobile ID image, it could still be present on your device and might work with readers. In some cases, there seems to be a delay in obtaining the Mobile ID image from the server, and it will reappear in the app after a while. We will continue to provide updates as we work to understand and fix this issue. Thank you for your patience.

We are actively investigating reports of the disappearance of Mobile IDs within the iOS version of the HID Mobile Access App version 4.5.0 where there may not be delivery OR the Mobile ID is no longer visible within the App. Some reports exhibit successful communication with the reader even without the Mobile ID being visible. We will continue to update as we work to identify and resolve the issue.

SUMMARY

HID Origo Management Portal is currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

*HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.

*HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet users not affected.

*HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs
