  • ⚠️ Services will remain operational, with no functional impact to HID Reader Manager, HID Linq Cloud, or HID Linq On-Prem.

A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on the following schedule:

IMPACT

⚠️During this maintenance window, the following services may experience brief periods of disruption:

  • HID Connected Architecture

    • 📍System administrators are requested not to perform any credential, lock, or controller-related operations during this time.

  • HID Linq Cloud

    • Please avoid the following activities during the maintenance window:

      • 📍New gateway installation / onboarding

      • 📍Firmware upgrades

Note: Patching will be performed seamlessly. If any impact is observed, appropriate communication will follow.

SUMMARY

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Authentication Service on February 9th, 2026 between 18:00-19:00 UTC

IMPACT

  • During this scheduled maintenance, access to the New HID Origo Portal may be briefly interrupted.

    • HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues logging in to the portal

    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors

    • HID Reader Manager Mobile App: Users will experience issues logging in to the Reader Manager app

    • HID Origo Identity Positioning API: Users will experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Authentication Service on February 23rd, 2026 between 23:00-00:00 UTC

  • During this scheduled maintenance, access to the New HID Origo Portal may be briefly interrupted.

HID Reader Manager Application update from 1.19 to 1.20, scheduled 1 year ago

Summary

HID Reader Manager is planning to deploy following enhancements for business purposes in production on June 10, 2024 between 05:30 AM - 06:00 AM UTC .

Google Wallet Configuration:

  • Showing the presence Google Wallet configuration and the associated AID for HID Signo and HID iCLASS SE readers.
  • Google wallet configuration gets displayed for all HID Signo reader firmware versions & HID iCLASS SE readers where the firmware version is 8.9.0.11 and above.

iCLASS SE Firmware Update:

  • Added configuration support for iCLASS SE firmware version 8.9.3.6.
  • Firmware upgrade to version 8.9.3.6 is not supported.

HID Signo Firmware Update:

  • Added firmware upgrade and configuration support for HID Signo firmware version 10.0.7.5.

Locate Feature Update:

  • Updated the Locate Feature for HID Signo readers with firmware version 10.0.7.5 to flash yellow and beep.

Impact

Update to 1.20 to take advantage of these enhancements.
