  • Please be informed that the Origo Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance during this period. As a result, certain services will be temporarily unavailable or may experience limited functionality. The impacted services include:
    • Pass issuance – Users may not be able to generate or activate new passes during the maintenance window.
    • Issuance code redemption – Redemption of issuance codes may be restricted or delayed until the maintenance is complete

Origo Mobile Identity API Callback Delays

Summary

  • Origo is currently experiencing intermittent delays in processing Mobile Identity API callbacks. Some callback messages are experiencing longer delivery times due to large callback queue spikes and the processing of backlogged messages. Our teams are working to resolve the issue.
