Maintenance event on HID Origo Subscription Component

SUMMARY

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Origo Subscription Component on Feb22nd ,2025 between 4:30 am to 9:30 am UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing any new incoming subscription orders and generating credentials.

IT Planned Maintenance Notification – Oracle EBS Production

SUMMARY

  • A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on Feb23rd ,2025 between 2:00 am to 8:00 am UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders,along with the following services being impacted.
  • Oracle EBS Production
  • Oracle Agile Production
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Webshop access to EBS
  • Oracle Isupplier
  • Other related services that render data from EBS will be unavailable

Environment

Infrastructure Maintenance - PostgreSQL DB Migration

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on February 28 between 05:30 - 07:30 UTC.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Services.

  • HID Origo Management Portal: Users will not be able to issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will not be able to issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Mobile Access App: Users will not be able to redeem Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs. Issuance keys to reader technician will not work, revoking of credentials, delete, issuance, lifecycle operations of credentials will be impacted.
  • HID Reader Manager App: Users will not be able to redeem Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
  • Origo Connected Architecture: Incedo offline flow will have an impact, preventing users from configuring or updating offline locks.

During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Services.

  • HID Origo Management Portal: Users will not be able to issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will not be able to issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.

The services are back to normal operations.

SUMMARY

  • HID Origo Services are currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors.

Environment

HID global production sites are currently down with card and reader production.

Update 10:34

The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

SUMMARY

HID Reader Manager is currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

Administrators may experience issues accessing the Reader Manager Portal. Mobile App users may experience issues logging in to the app and configuring, inspecting or uploading firmware to HID SIGNO and HID iClass SE readers.
