The HID Mobile Access Portal provides functionality to receive notifications of devices suspected to be jailbroken. We are currently investigating an issue where incorrect notifications are being triggered for iOS 14 devices.
HID Origo Mobile Identities and HID Reader Manager services are currently operating at reduced functionality. The problem is identified and a fix is in place to optimize the message handling and resolve the issue.
