On January 18, a legacy authentication service is being decommissioned. Customers that have not yet created new System Accounts for API authentication will receive HTTP 401 errors when making API calls. The issue can be resolved by creating a new System Account using the Organization Administration view in the HID Origo Management Portal and configuring any application(s) to use these new credentials.
