Legacy Identity Provider Redirect

The Identity Provider hosted at https://idp.hidglobal.com/idp is currently configured to automatically forward authentication requests to a new service hosted on https://api.origo.hidglobal.com/authentication. The idp.hidglobal.com URL will no longer be available from October 31, 2021. Please consult with the HID Partner Services team or the API documentation for guidance on updating any application(s) leveraging this service.

HID Origo Management Portal Delayed Email Notifications

Summary

The HID Origo Mobile Identities services are currently operating at reduced performance. Some email notifications, including those for Invitation Codes, may take longer than usual to deliver.

We are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of this incident.

Impact

Users may experience delays in receiving Invitation Code emails and other notifications. For urgent Mobile ID Issuance you can locate the Invitation Code for a user under their details and provide the code via alternate means (phone, company email, text).
