Due to an ongoing issue you may be unable to modify which device is the primary for specific users which may also prevent deleting of an older device. The problem has been identified and we are working on a resolution.
The Identity Provider hosted at
https://idp.hidglobal.com/idp is currently configured to automatically forward authentication requests to a new service hosted on
idp.hidglobal.com URL will no longer be available from October 31, 2021.
Please consult with the HID Partner Services team or the API documentation for guidance on updating any application(s) leveraging this service.
