⚠️HID Connected Architecture: System administrators are requested not to perform any credential/lock/controller related operation.
A maintenance event is scheduled for HID Origo on May 30 – May 31, 2026 (04:30 – 14:30 UTC).
What’s New
Quick Fill Functionality
When submitting a new Elite Key or Corporate 1000 request, customers will now be able to select from a list of previously used Authorized Contacts and Service Providers. This reduces manual entry and speeds up the request process.
View Format Details
Authorized Contacts will now have visibility into their Format details, including the last number used and the total remaining values. This provides immediate insight without requiring additional support interactions.
Impact to Customers / Partners:
The Quick Fill feature streamlines the submission process, reducing the time required to create new Elite Key or Corporate 1000 requests.
Customers will no longer need to contact HID Customer Service to determine remaining Corporate 1000 values or confirm the last number range ordered.
Together, these enhancements simplify the workflow, increase transparency, and save valuable time for both customers and partners.
IMPACTED SERVICES
During this maintenance window, users will experience complete unavailability of the HID Origo services listed below.
To minimize customer impact, this maintenance is planned over the weekend.

🚀Request to Upgrade to Latest Firmware Version R10.0.11.5
🛠️HID continues to release regular service pack firmware updates for the Signo Reader platform, introducing new features, enhancements, and ongoing improvements. The HID Reader Manager application provides a straightforward way to update readers to the latest available firmware.
To help customers take advantage of these enhancements and keep their systems aligned with the latest capabilities, we recommend upgrading HID Signo readers to firmware version R10.0.11.5 using:
HID Reader Manager v1.32.2 (Outside of China)
Tencent Store v1.32.3 (China Region)
within the next 30 days.

📍Please be advised that older versions of the HID Reader Manager mobile application will be deprecated in phases:
