Linq Cloud is currently experiencing a certificate registration. We’re actively working with the certificate issuer to resolve it as quickly as possible.
IMPACT
At this time, new gateway installations and onboarding cannot be completed.
MFA Channel Selection Enhancement – Effective 14 October 2025
SUMMARY
As part of the R8.37.0 release, we’ve introduced an enhancement to improve the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) experience for administrators and end users.
What’s New:
Administrators can now configure the preferred MFA channel—SMS or Email—for users who have opted for MFA. This update provides greater flexibility and helps reduce technical difficulties during login.
Why It Matters:
This change is designed to minimize support incidents by allowing organizations to tailor the MFA experience based on user needs and communication preferences.
