HID Origo Mobile Identities API Origo Mobile ID Callback Queue Delays

** UPDATE: 30/10/2023 16:45 UTC** The callback queue operations have returned to normal. HID teams continue to monitor the situation.

Summary Origo is currently experiencing intermittent delays in processing Mobile Identity API callbacks. Some callback messages are experiencing longer delivery times due to large callback queue spikes and the processing of backlogged messages. Our teams are working to resolve the issue.
