Intermittent BLE Connectivity Issues Affecting HID Mobile Access App & HID Origo SDK

📍 Notice from HID

HID is aware that some users may experience intermittent BLE communication issues affecting foreground and/or background operation of the HID Mobile Access app and the HID Origo SDK on certain mobile operating system versions.

📍 Current Status

HID has been actively investigating the behavior and working closely with the appropriate parties to identify and address the underlying cause. A fix is expected to be available in an upcoming software update.

In the meantime, HID continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Oracle EBS Production on March 9th ,2025 between 7:30 am to 10:30 am UTC.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.

Oracle Analytics Cloud
Validation of OS patch applied by KSplice
Reboot EBS Database and Application Server
Check whether OCI Infrastructure issue is fixed. Validate from OCI console.
