    • Introduces CAPTCHA validation during portal sign-in to strengthen security and help prevent automated login attempts.
    • Provides an additional layer of protection while maintaining a seamless authentication experience.

  • 📌 Delegated Authorization

    • Enables administrators to delegate portal management responsibilities to designated users within their organization.
    • Enhances operational flexibility while maintaining appropriate access controls and governance.

  • 📌 Origo Portal Assistant

    • Introduces the Origo Portal Assistant, designed to help users quickly discover portal capabilities and navigate key workflows.
    • Improves feature discoverability and enhances the overall user experience through guided assistance.

  • 📌 Reader Manager Portal Access Enabled by Default

    • Reader Manager Portal access will now be enabled by default for all Card Service customers.
    • Simplifies onboarding and reduces administrative effort when accessing reader management capabilities.
    • Provides a more streamlined and consistent experience for customers using Card Services.

🚀 Upcoming Release: HID Linq Cloud 1.5.1
  • 📢We are excited to announce the upcoming release of HID Linq Cloud 1.5.1 on 📅September 14, 2026.

✨ What's New in This Release?

  • 📌 OSDP Firmware File Generation for Elite Customers

    • Elite customers can generate an OSDP firmware file using a specified ICE key.
    • The generated file can be applied to HID Signo readers through partner access-control software and controllers.
    • Readers must be running firmware version 10.0.11.5 or later.

  • 📌 Controller Connectivity Improvements

    • Provides Linq Cloud solution for controller connectivity issues associated with controller firmware version 2.12.

    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet users not affected.
    • HID Mobile Access App: Users may experience delays redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs
    • HID Reader Manager App: Users may experience delays redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys

  • 📌During this migration window, all business users are requested to adhere to the following to ensure a smooth transition and avoid processing disruptions.
    • ⚠️Avoid any account creation, updates, or order-related transaction activities in Oracle ERP that interface with Export On-Demand.

  • HID Origo Services are currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved

IMPACT

  • Customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders, along with the following services being impacted.
    • ⚠️Oracle EBS Production
    • ⚠️Oracle Agile Production
    • ⚠️Oracle Analytics Cloud
    • ⚠️Webshop access to EBS
    • ⚠️Oracle Isupplier and other related services that render data from EBS will be unavailable.
