During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders,along with the following services being impacted.

  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
  • HID Mobile Access App & Wallet: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs

✅ MP Series & Aero Controller Connectivity

  • Configure HID Signo Readers connected to MP Series and Aero Controllers with firmware version 2.0.0.1366 or higher.

✅ Support for Vento Readers

  • Update HID Signo Vento Reader firmware via USB connection.

✅ Enhanced HID Key Management

  • RM Admins and Reader Technicians can now view their assigned HID keys.

✅ Linq Gateway Enhancements

  • Quick launch directly from the Start menu.
  • Easily restart the gateway from the system tray.
  • Critical defect fixes to improve stability and performance.
