  • Reader Manager, Linq Cloud, Linq On-Prem and other products that rely on HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services will be affected.
  • No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on August 9 between 05:00–11:00 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, Mobile app users and Wallet customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing event callbacks.

HID Reader Manager App Versions Below 1.23.0 Will Be Obsolete by April 7, 2025, scheduled 3 months ago

SUMMARY

  • A critical update is mandatory for continued operation of the Reader Manager App. Please notify all reader technicians as soon as possible. Starting 04/07/2025, all versions older than 1.23.0 will no longer function.

The following versions will continue to be supported:

  • HID RM App 1.24.1
  • HID RM App 1.24.0
  • HID RM App 1.23.0
