A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on September 13th between 11:00 – 13:00 UTC.

IMPACT
Please be informed that the Origo Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance during this period. As a result, certain services will be temporarily unavailable or may experience limited functionality. The impacted services include:
Pass issuance – Users may not be able to generate or activate new passes during the maintenance window.
Issuance code redemption – Redemption of issuance codes may be restricted or delayed until the maintenance is complete
Issue in registering new users on Reader Manager App

SUMMARY
HID Reader Manager is currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
IMPACT
Mobile App users may experience issues when creating new reader technician account.
