A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo Management Portal - New on November 1st 2025, between 05:30 - 07:00 UTC.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.
HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
HID Origo Mobile Identities API (Google Wallet Only): Issuance token may not be redeemable in HID Mobile APP or via Web Push provisioning.
The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
SUMMARY
HID Origo Services are currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
Please note that organizations using MFA may encounter login difficulties during this time.
