IMPACT
🛠️During this maintenance window, connected architecture application and Linq Cloud may experience brief periods of disruption.
⚠️Connected Architecture: System administrators are requested not to perform any credential/lock/controller related operation.
⚠️Linq Cloud: Avoid new gateway installation / onboarding, firmware upgrades

SUMMARY
HID Reader Manager is currently operating at reduced functionality. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
IMPACT
Mobile App users may experience issues when creating new reader technician account.
