Impact

  • During this maintenance window, multiple services will experience brief periods of disruption, such as:
    • HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet services will be affected.
    • HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
    • HID Reader Manager App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.

IT Planned Maintenance Notification - New HID Origo Management Portal

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo Management Portal - New on November 1st 2025, between 05:30 - 07:00 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for the following HID Origo Services.
    • HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal
    • HID Origo Mobile Identities API (Google Wallet Only): Issuance token may not be redeemable in HID Mobile APP or via Web Push provisioning.

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on November 1st between 03:30-05:30 UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, users will experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services.
    • Reader Manager, Linq Cloud, Linq On-Prem and other products that rely on HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services will be affected.
    • No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

HID Origo Services and Reader Manager Unavailable

The services are back to normal operations. A fix has been deployed and services are verified restored

The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

SUMMARY

HID Origo Services are currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.
