  • During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability of Premium reports on Portal for the HID Origo Services.

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on May 10th,2025 between 04:30-10:30 AM UTC.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, customers may encounter temporary disruptions in processing and generating orders,along with the following services being impacted.

  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors
  • HID Mobile Access App & Wallet: Users may experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on May 10th,2025 between 03:30-06:30 AM UTC.

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance window, Origo Device Management (ODM) services will experience disruptions.
  • No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

Infrastructure Maintenance - HID Authentication Service

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on May 13th, 2025 between 01:00 and 01:15 (UTC) for up to 15 minutes.

REGIONS AFFECTED

  • Europe East (DE)

IMPACT

  • During this maintenance period, the HID Authentication Service and all following services or solutions that require it to function may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes. However, we expect them to be inaccessible for less than a minute.

  • HID Origo Management Portal: Users may experience issues logging in to the portal.

  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors.

  • HID Reader Manager Mobile App: Users may experience issues logging in to the Reader Manager app.

  • HID Origo Identity Positioning API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors.

SUMMARY

  • A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on March 16 between 07:00 - 09:00 UTC.

IMPACT

During this maintenance window, users may experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Services.

  • HID Origo Management Portal: Users will not be able to issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will not be able to issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
  • HID Mobile Access App: Users will not be able to redeem Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs. Issuance keys to reader technician will not work, revoking of credentials, delete, issuance, lifecycle operations of credentials will be impacted.
  • HID Reader Manager App: Users will not be able to redeem Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
  • Origo Connected Architecture: Incedo offline flow will have an impact, preventing users from configuring or updating offline locks.

  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will not be able to issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.

SUMMARY

  • HID Origo Services are currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

  • HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users may experience issues getting authentication tokens and see intermittent HTTP 401 errors.

Environment

HID global production sites are currently down with card and reader production.

The services are restored and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

SUMMARY

HID Reader Manager is currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working to address the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on an ongoing basis until resolved.

IMPACT

Administrators may experience issues accessing the Reader Manager Portal. Mobile App users may experience issues logging in to the app and configuring, inspecting or uploading firmware to HID SIGNO and HID iClass SE readers.
