What's New in This Release?

  • 📌 OSDP Firmware File Generation for Elite Customers

    • Elite customers can generate an OSDP firmware file using a specified ICE key.
    • The generated file can be applied to HID Signo readers through partner access-control software and controllers.
    • Readers must be running firmware version 10.0.11.5 or later.
  • 📌 Controller Connectivity Improvements

    • Provides Linq Cloud solution for controller connectivity issues associated with controller firmware version 2.12.

RSS Feed

  • 📌The current RSS feed will continue to be used with the new HID Origo Status Page, ensuring uninterrupted access to status notifications. Should there be any future changes to the RSS feed URL, we will communicate them with necessary guidance.

Availability Notice

  • ⚠️To support the launch of our enhanced Status Page on 📅24 September, 2026, there may be brief periods when the Status Page is temporarily unavailable. We expect any impact to be minimal and will be actively monitoring the activity throughout the day.

  • ⚠️Following the launch, users will benefit from improved service visibility, incident communications, and maintenance notifications through the new Status Page.

RM Portal Deployment, scheduled 1 year ago

Summary

  • The RM Portal deployment is set for September 26th, from 04:30 to 05:30 UTC. This update will include changes to the login page for quick access to the HID Linq Cloud URL. Furthermore, RM admins will be able to enable Linq for RT users.

Impact

  • During this interval, users may encounter minor disruption in accessing RM portal
