A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on October 31,2025 between 04:30-05:00 UTC.
Impact
During this maintenance window, multiple services will experience brief periods of disruption, such as:
HID Origo Management Portal: Users will experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management.
HID Origo Mobile Identities API: Users will experience issues and/or delays in Invitation Code and Mobile ID management. Wallet services will be affected.
HID Mobile Access App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Mobile IDs.
HID Reader Manager App: Users will experience issues redeeming Invitation Codes or receiving Keys.
A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on November 1st between 03:30-05:30 UTC.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, users will experience brief periods of unavailability for HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services.
Reader Manager, Linq Cloud, Linq On-Prem and other products that rely on HID Origo Device Management (ODM) services will be affected.
No action is required from users. Services will resume automatically after the change window.

A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo on September 13th between 11:00 – 13:00 UTC.

IMPACT
Please be informed that the Origo Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance during this period. As a result, certain services will be temporarily unavailable or may experience limited functionality. The impacted services include:
Pass issuance – Users may not be able to generate or activate new passes during the maintenance window.
Issuance code redemption – Redemption of issuance codes may be restricted or delayed until the maintenance is complete
Infrastructure Maintenance - Subscription Components in Production, scheduled 1 month ago
SUMMARY
A planned maintenance window has been scheduled for the HID Origo Subscription Component on September 6th between 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM UTC.
IMPACT
No downtime is expected for customer-facing functionalities (HID Origo Management Portal, Wallet, HID Mobile Access App). However, operations related to subscription components may experience minor database slowness during the deployment window. All services will remain available, though some background processes may run slower than usual.
A maintenance event is planned for HID Origo Connected Architecture (OCA) on the following date for respective region.
September 6th 2025 between 05:00 - 06:00 UTC on EU region,
September 6th 2025 between 06:00 - 07:00 UTC on US region.
IMPACT
During this maintenance window, HID Origo Connected Architecture (OCA) application and Linq Cloud may experience brief periods of disruption.
